Every lawyer has the sacred duty to uphold the Constitution at all times and in whatever capacity they serve, whether as DOJ Secretary, CSC Commissioner, legal counsel to the IATF, legal adviser to corporations, Sol-Gen, etc.
Cases would not have to be brought to the Supreme Court IF EVERY LAWYER HOLDS THE LINE.
If the lawyers on the IATF firmly insisted that their plan of action is unconstitutional and the resolution should not be passed, NONE OF THIS WOULD BE HAPPENING.
